What services does Empowrd offer?
Empowrd specialises in NDIS Plan Management, Support Coordination, pre-planning, and consulting. We help you understand your NDIS plan, connect with the right providers, and manage your funding so your disability support is set up for success. We're based in Port Lincoln and provide Support Coordination across the Eyre Peninsula, with Plan Management available Australia-wide.
What is NDIS Plan Management?
Plan Management means Empowrd handles your NDIS invoices, payments, and budget tracking on your behalf. You get the freedom to choose any registered or unregistered provider without the stress of managing the paperwork yourself. We send you monthly statements so you always know where your plan sits.
What does a Support Coordinator do?
A Support Coordinator helps you make sense of your NDIS plan, find and connect with providers, and build the skills to coordinate your own disability support over time. At Empowrd, our Support Coordinators work closely with you face to face across the Eyre Peninsula, including Port Lincoln and Ceduna.
I'm new to the NDIS. Where do I start?
Our pre-planning service is designed for people who are about to enter the NDIS or preparing for their first planning meeting. We help you understand eligibility, set meaningful goals, and gather the right evidence so you walk into your meeting feeling prepared and confident.
Can I use Empowrd if I don't live on the Eyre Peninsula?
Yes. Our Plan Management service is available Australia-wide, so no matter where you are, we can manage your invoices and funding. Support Coordination is currently offered locally across the Eyre Peninsula region.
How is Empowrd different from other NDIS providers?
We focus on personal, face-to-face service in a region where options can be limited. Our team understands the realities of accessing disability support in rural and remote areas, and we work hard to make sure your plan reflects what's actually available to you locally, not just what looks good on paper.
Do I need both Plan Management and Support Coordination?
Not necessarily. Some participants use one, some use both. Plan Management covers the financial side of your NDIS plan, while Support Coordination focuses on connecting you with the right providers and supports. We can help you work out which combination suits your situation during a free initial chat.
How do I sign up with Empowrd?
